Southeast Michigan Free-mo

Location:
South East Michigan (the greater Detroit-Flint metro areas)

The Southeast Michigan Free-Mo Group is a group of modelers using the Free-Mo standard. The Group's modules are built on a theme of railroading in southeast Michigan.  Members live in the greater Detroit-Flint metro areas and model the rural and urban landscape as it looked in the years 1976 – 1979. Railroads modeled include: Ann Arbor Railroad, Canadian National, Conrail and predecessors, Chessie System and predecessors, Grand Trunk Western, Detroit Toledo & Ironton, Detroit & Toledo Shoreline, Norfolk and Western and predecessors, and Amtrak.

All Free-Mo participants are welcome to register on the yahoo group to see what's up, or to contact the current organizers at doolittlep@comcast.net or wegawthrop@aol.com.
